Social Security Administration (SSA)
Graphic Design
As a Senior Graphic Designer at the Social Security Administration, I got to work on a wide array of communication materials such as annual reports, publications, brochures, infographics, newsletters, flyers, and posters, along with event materials, presentations, advertisements, and promotional campaign assets.
My focus was on creating visually compelling designs that adhered to diverse standards and guidelines, including brand identity, print and web quality standards, and 508 accessibility compliance, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and impactful visual communication across all projects.
Taxpayer Advocate Service (IRS-TAS)
Annual Report Design
As the lead designer for Fathom’s IRS–TAS project, my main responsibility was creating accessible (508-compliant) IRS–TAS annual and semi-annual reports, including developing and updating templates.
I was also responsible for managing the account and print production process, overseeing scheduling, negotiating with vendors and suppliers, reviewing proofs, and ensuring the timely mailing and shipping of all materials.
FIC PowerPoint Template
Presentation Design
FIC’s PowerPoint templates needed a refresh. By aligning with their brand guidelines, selecting images that highlight the regions impacted by their projects, and adding animation to key slides, we crafted a contemporary template that significantly enhances their message.
Another important consideration was developing a user-friendly template accessible to all employees, regardless of their experience level. To facilitate this, a user guide was created and incorporated into the package, ensuring ease of use for everyone.
Moon Blood — Gaming Community
Visual Identity // Logo Design
Moon Blood is a World of Warcraft gaming community, providing a supportive environment for sharing experiences, tips, and passions related to the gaming world.
The inspiration for the Moon Blood logo is the female universe, beautifully connected to the ebb and flow of the natural world, mirroring the changing seasons and phases of the moon. The combination of purple (moon) and red (blood) evokes a sense of magic and empowerment, symbolizing the duality of femininity, both mystical and strong.
